The multi-talented Dieter Spears has been a fixture on the Nashville creative scene for decades. His prowess as a Getty Photographer, Audio/Video Producer, Graphic Designer, Bassist, Keyboardist,  have made him a go-to for numerous artists and companies for many years. He joined Wayfarer as a director in 2023 and joined the artist roster the following year. In 2024 he acquired Wayfarer Records with life-long friend Sean O’Bryan Smith. He serves as Vice-President Wayfarer Music Group and Owner of InhausCreative.
